How Did I Get Here?

I am successful IT consultant. I have worked with hundreds of large and small organizations, from individual contributors to C-level executives and business leaders.  While my primary role is to identify and solve complex IT and business challenges, I have always been aware of the company culture and the effect of individual people making up that business culture.  This passion led me to Proctor Gallagher Institute to be trained by the best in order that I could empower others to do the same.

This awareness has paved the way for phenomenal success in my career. Because I view challenges from many angles and perspectives, I solve both the  IT challenges and complex cultural challenges within the organization.  The end result is an optimal work environment, focused, and exceeding expectations. After helping these organizations, I am often brought back in for further work because the organization is running better as a whole.  To see people thriving at their full potential brings me so much joy.
